This painting places the horse - a figure of strength and instinct - within a cement-grey expanse, dense and architectural, evoking industry and modern construction. Rendered in a corroded green patina, the body recalls weathered bronze, as though time has settled into its surface, turning motion into monument.

The anomaly lies in this displacement. A living force stands where it does not belong, recast as structure, held within a constructed field shaped by human modernity. The horse is present and resolute, yet its vitality feels suspended.

Power is not lost, but contained -instinct paused within permanence, insisting on being seen.
